A total of 46 names was compiled from Workers Compensation and OSHA lists. The Wisconsin Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) Program reported 94 work-related fatalities. Therefore, 48 names are missing!

This web site is run by a woman, and her family, who lost her brother to a workplace fatality.
